The helpline is available to all South Asian families who have a member with special needs. Whether you need emotional support, information on services, or help navigating the healthcare system, we are here to assist you.

Once you contact us with your basic information, one of the SCOPE team members will contact you within 48 hours. They will set a time to speak to you and assess your needs and coordinate the follow ups as needed.

Yes, all services provided through our helpline are strictly confidential. We respect your privacy and ensure that your information is protected.

Our helpline services are free of charge supported by the fundraising efforts of the SKN Foundation, a not for profit organization committed to providing support to South Asian families in need.

Our team speaks multiple South Asian languages, including Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Gujarati, and more. We aim to provide support in your preferred language.

We support families with members who have a variety of special needs, including but not limited to: Developmental disabilities (e.g., autism, Down syndrome) Physical disabilities (e.g., cerebral palsy) Learning disabilities (e.g., dyslexia) Mental health conditions (e.g., ADHD, anxiety, depression)
